Senior Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead the design, implementation, and support of supply chain processes in D365 Finance and Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of supply chain modules, strong business acumen, and the ability to guide clients through transformational ERP journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 SCM modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Master Planning.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions using industry best practices.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation.
  • Configure D365 SCM modules and work closely with developers on customizations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain processes and industry trends.
  • Perform testing (unit, system, and UAT) and support users during the deployment phase.
  • Deliver user training and support change management efforts.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, manufacturing, and technical consultants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 SCM (or AX 2012).
  • At least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O SCM implementations as a lead consultant.
  • Deep functional knowledge of D365 modules: Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Production, Planning.
  • Microsoft certification in D365 SCM is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing business processes.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • Egyptian Citizens.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with integrations, Power Platform, and reporting tools (Power BI).
  • Knowledge of industry-specific verticals such as retail, manufacturing, or distribution.
  • Exposure to agile or hybrid project methodologies.
